A couple from Hammonton, NJ approached us to create balloon decorations for their baby boy’s first birthday party! They chose the theme “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.” It was up to us to create the best Halloween-themed balloon decorations to match!
A SPOOKtacular Theme
“It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” is a Peanuts Halloween television special. Considering it’s almost Halloween, this was the perfect theme for this October party!
Our color scheme was black, orange, and yellow, with pops of silver. These colors matched the other decorations perfectly, and even looked like candy corn when it was all set up!
We designed two 9′ garlands and 3 table clusters. One garland went inside by the dessert table and the other was set up outside. The couple set up several Charlie Brown posters and decorations to match the theme. There were also other Halloween decorations like pumpkins and hay. These subtle additions brought everything together. Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference!
Tiny Table Clusters
In addition to the big garlands, we also created a few table clusters to place around the outside area. Each table had a Halloween-themed tablecloth which was absolutely perfect!
Our table clusters followed the same color scheme and were essentially tiny versions of the big garland.
The table clusters were a great way to pull the theme together! This couple had the perfect decorations, and our balloons really elevated the setup.
This party certainly had us ready for Halloween! Given the exciting Halloween decorations at the party, it’s safe to say this family was too.
