What better way to add that extra touch of holiday cheer to your party than with a Christmas balloon garland?
Every year, the Dickens Festival in Medford, NJ attracts more than 10,000 spectators! These guests enjoy shopping at local vendor tents, visiting with Santa under the gazebo, and watching the live nativity scene. Before making their way down to Main Street, countless local families host parties for family and friends.
This year, one couple decided to add to their party with a Christmas balloon garland adorning the entryway to their home.
Spreading Cheer!
The hosts of the party asked us to set up a Christmas balloon garland. They requested that it be “extra Christmas-y” to make walking into their party that much more fun and festive!
With limited space to work with due to a nearby radiator and a narrow entryway, we found the perfect combination of different sized balloons. Christmas themed foil balloons were added to create a garland stretching halfway across the doorway to the dining room, right near the entrance to the house.
This garland added a new twist to an old tradition. At this annual gathering, guests don their ugliest of Christmas sweaters or most festive attire! All enjoy a buffet-style dinner in an open house setting and mingle with delight. While enjoying conversation, one can’t forget to keep a close eye on the children running from room to room before bundling up and heading down to the Festival.
Oh, What Fun!
As you can see, it was a huge hit among the guests – especially with the youngest of attendees. Despite all of the extra attention, the arch was still standing strong at the end of the night!
