We are absolutely in love with this creative bridal shower theme: Breakfast at Tiffany’s!
The bride-to-be’s mother and future mother-in-law contacted The Great Inflator for help. They wanted to design and install a Tiffany balloon garland at the upcoming shower.
Tiffany Blue!
Everyone would recognize Tiffany’s iconic blue box from a mile away. The centerpieces at every table would be Tiffany’s boxes stacked over silver platters and tied in a white bow.
The clients asked if we could match this color scheme as closely as possible. We had the perfect shades of blue and pearl white balloons and sent the colors over for approval. The final agreement was to use the silver balloons as accents to the blue and white garland.
Assembly
On the day of the party, we arrived at the Riverton Country Club with our pre-assembled garland base. The bride wanted the beautiful, landscaped golf courses as a backdrop to her seat as she unwrapped gifts, so we mounted the garland using command strips to the window.
Once we hung the garland base, we began adding balloons of various sizes to the garland. Larger balloons really add depth to an installation, and smaller balloons create an interesting look while also filling in any gaps left by the base balloons.
The mother of the groom provided us with heart-shaped foil balloons, which had been inflated with helium. We tested out a couple of placements before affixing them to the back of the chair, aligned with the top of the garland. It really helped to complete the look!
With the Tiffany balloon garland complete, we were able to take a step back and admire the handiwork of the bridal party. They really did an excellent job with the decorations. Everything was perfect and the space looked stunning. We also couldn’t get enough of that flawless Tiffany’s box cake!
