Do you deliver?
Yes, we will deliver and install your arch or garland at your event. Our delivery fee is included in our price.
Are there any additional fees besides the delivery fee?
No! You will not be charged any additional fees.
Can you create custom work for my event?
Definitely! We can create special balloon designs in English. Additionally, we will be happy to recreate a custom design that you saw online in our own style if you send us the photos. Any inspiration is welcome!
How far in advance do I need to order?
We ask that you place your orders sooner than later, no less than a week in advance.
How long will my balloons last?
Our standard 11 inch latex balloons typically last for 10-14 hours.
